📦 Order Status

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received your tracking info, contact us at kitchenuncommonstore@gmail.com.

⏳ Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • USA delivery: Within 7 business days after shipment.

  • Europe delivery: Within 15 business days after shipment.

  • International delivery: Varies by location.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Email us at kitchenuncommonstore@gmail.com before sending any returns.

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💳 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure checkout methods through Shopify. All transactions are securely encrypted.

📮 Shipping Questions

Shipping is free within the USA and Europe. For other regions, shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
