We specialize in personalized pet portrait kitchen items including napkins, aprons, and tablecloths, crafted with care and creativity.

During checkout, you can upload a photo of your pet and enter any customization notes. We’ll handle the rest!

🧵 3. What materials are used in your products?

Our products are made from premium cotton and polyester blends for comfort, durability, and vivid color printing.

🎨 4. Can I choose the design layout?

Yes! We offer several layout options, and our team will contact you if additional adjustments are needed.

📏 5. Are the sizes standard?

Each product includes detailed sizing info on its product page. For special requests, contact us directly.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

⏱️ 6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery within the USA takes around 7 business days, and Europe around 15.

🌍 7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

📦 8. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours.

🧾 9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update it. Otherwise, redelivery fees may apply.

📬 10. Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, though some carriers have limitations. If you’re unsure, please email us before placing your order.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

We accept returns within 30 days for non-customized items. Customized items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

🔁 13. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 6 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

📷 14. What if the customization is incorrect?

If the error was on our side, we’ll remake it free of charge. Please email a photo of the issue for review.

🎁 15. Do you offer exchanges?

As our products are custom-made, we currently do not offer exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or high-heat drying.
