📅 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at kitchenuncommonstore@gmail.com so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom products (such as personalized items)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure, reach out to us for clarification.

🔄 Exchanges

Need something else? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. Returned items must still be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused, with tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
